Born in a noble family of the Tchernigov's government, from the city of Starodoub.

On June, 18, 1807, entered in the military service as cadet in the Dragoons' regiment (its name will be latter hunters cavalry regiment) of Tiraspol.
Promoted "banner cadet" on June, 09, 1810.
Promoted ensign on Nov, 6, 1810 and assigned to the Dragoons' regiment of Jitomir (its name will be latter lancers' regiment of Borisoglebsk).
Promoted lieutenant on Jan, 28, 1814, second captain on Sept, 24, 1817, and captain on Sept, 24, 1820 in this same regiment.

Participated to the campaign during the Turkish-Russian war, first campaign from June, 18, 1807; second campaign from March 1809 to August, 1, 1809; to the fights against the Turkish; third campaign from Jan, 1, 1810 to July, 1, 1810; to the fights against the Turkish; fourth campaign from June,1, 1810 to Jan, 1, 1811; to the campaign of Bessarabia and Bulgaria; fifth campaign in 1811 in Bessarabia and Bulgaria.

Participated to the fights against the French.
During the first campaign, on Sept, 17, 1812 near the village of Luboml.
During the second campaign, from Oct, 1, 1812 to Oct, 1, 1813 to many fights, on Oct, 6, near Beloé where he was shot & injured in the right arm: on Nov,1 near Novosverjino; on Nov, 3 during the defeat of the enemy army corps and the hold of an infantry column near the village of Kaïdan on the way to Minsk and near the city of Novy Borissov.
During the third campaign, from Jan, 1, 1813 till the signature of the Reichenbach truce; On Jan, 08 on the road to the fortress of Küstrin, then from March, 09 to April, 04, during the siege of this fortress, on May, 7 and 8 near Königswart, on May, 4 near Bautzen, on May, 13 during the retreat of the Heinau village, on May 14, near the village of Michelsdorf, during the attack of the enemy vanguard.
During the fourth campaign, the hostilities resume against the French in 1813 till the cross of the Rhine on Dec, 22, 1813: On Oct, 6 and 7 near Leipzig (got an Emperor Reconnaissance for his merit during the fight), on Oct, 27 near the village of Frotz, on Nov, 8-28, 1813 during the siege of the Magdeburg fortress and the attempt of escape of the enemy, from Dec, 12, 1813 participated to the siege of Hamburg.
During the fifth campaign, from Dec, 22, 1813 till Jan, 20, 1814, for various fights, has been awarded of the Santa Anna Order, 4th class.
During the sixth campaign, from Jan, 20, 1814 till March, 19, 1814; on Jan, 28 and Feb, 5 in the battle near Hamburg and during the storming of the city, promoted second lieutenant for his merit in this battle.
During the seventh campaign, from March, 25, 1815, in France against Napoleon Bonaparte who appear again. On Aug, 29, 1818, participated to the parade of the allied units in Champagne in presence of his Imperial Majesty, allied kings and military chiefs. On Sept, 1, 1818, came back to Russia. Been awarded of the Order of Santa Anna, 3rd class.
Retired on Feb, 22, 1829, for medical reason, with the rank of Major and a private income of 2/3 of his salary.
On Nov, 1, 1830, promoted chef of the executive of the city of Orekhov in the district of Berdiansk of the Tauride government.
On Nov, 1, 1831, promoted chief of executive at Evpatoria in the same government.
Sent on Aug. 16, 1832 to Nogaïsk in the Berdiansk district of the same government to be chief of the poilice of the Nogaï people.
On March, 16, 1833 cause of the job loss and creation of the police came back to his previous functions.
On Aug 22, 1840, awarded for his irreproachable service of the insignia of the Merit for 30 years, on the Saint Georges band (?).
On July, 6, 1841 named again cavalry captain and stood in his functions.
On Jul, 16, 1842, promoted major for his excellent service and stood in his functions.
Promoted lieutenant-colonel on May, 5, 1844

By decision the Nobleness Assembly of the Government of East Ukraina, on May, 13, 1830, has been enrolled as member on the 3rd part of the genealogy Book, the file should not be presented to the Senate.

Has been educated at his parent's home. On May, 6, 1850, entered in the military service as non-commissioned officer in the Hunters' regiment. Aid-de-camp of the Prince general Vorontsov. Served three months as soldier. Promoted ensign on Dec, 4, 1851 for his action in fights against the Caucasian mountain highlands with service starting on Jan, 16, 1851.
On Nov, 10, 1852, assigned at the Cossack HQ army of the Caucasian border for studies. Arrived a Tiflis Army HQ on Dec, 28, 1852.
On Apr, 19, 1854, promoted second-lieutenant for his merit. Assigned on Jun, 22, 1855 to the Cossack Army of the Caucasian border (called latter Cossack Army of Terek) and promoted second lieutenant of the Cossacks. Promoted Main aide-de-camp of this army on May, 27, 1855.
Awarded on Saint Stanislav order, 3rd class on May, 28, 1857; on Jan, 16, 1859, for his merit, awarded of glaive and ribbon of this order.
Promoted lieutenant of the Cossacks on May, 15, 1859.
Deputy for the chief of the Ataman Chancellery on Jun, 21, 1860.

In 1851-1864, participated to various fights against the Caucasian mountain highlands and show a lot of courage. On Jan, 24, 1851, was injured by shoot gun at the left eye and lost totally the left vision.

On June, 21, 1868, reattached at the Chancellery of the Terek region chief. Released of this function on July, 1, 1869 and reattached to theArmy HQ of the Terek region. Promoted commander of the division detached of the Terek Army on Oct, 30, 1870. Promoted colonel on Feb, 26, 1871.
On Oct, 8, 1870, enrolled in the list of the Cossacks regiment of the Volga.

Retired from 1883 with the rank of Major general.

By decision of the Nobleness Assembly of Khrakov, on March, 9, 1839, has been enrolled in the 3rd part of the nobleness genealogy book. By decision of this same Assembly on Sept, 2, 1866, has been enrolled with his spouse and his children in the 2nd part of the genealogy book and confirmed by decree of the Senate on May, 6, 1870 under number 6210.
By decision of the Nobleness assembly of Tauride on Aug, 4, 1887, has been enrolled in the 3rd part of the genealogy book due to his 4th class of Saint Nicolas Order received for service reason (who give right to the hereditary nobleness). However, the Senate by decision of Dec, 28,1887 under number 117 ordered to send back the file to the Nobleness assembly because the evidence that Mr Fierkovsky since his retirement has not been deprived of his civil records had not been presented.
